It is a beautiful Monday here in Norther n Kentucky. My chives are coming up in my herb bed.This means spring is just around the corner ( I hope). Herbs are such a great addition to any salad or veggie. I hope to have my herb bed tilled and fertilized by the first of April.I will post some new recipes with different herbs as spring and summer comes.
